We're currently up in Huntsville, enjoying a fabulous long weekend with the van der Meer clan. We've had a lovely weekend, despite the weather.
We shot these very cute pictures this morning. Jevon bought me a new 50mm lens for our anniversary. It takes gorgeous portraits.
First off, I took several pictures of Joey. Here, he's looking SO much like a boy and less like a baby.
Charlie sat down for some cuddles with Joey.
We almost never pose Jack with Alexa. I'm not sure why, since they're both so cute. It's probably because Jack is generally in constant motion.
Here's a lovely, casual shot of all of the cousins together. I love it when we get them all to sit nicely in a group like this. Emily cut Sam's, Jack's, Ollie's and Jevon's hair yesterday. I love the faux-hawks on Jack and Ollie. Sam's new cut makes him look very grown-up (and Jevon's is just very short - the way I like it).
Joey and Alexa were playing together. Joey was reaching for her soother and she is very clearly telling on him.
But it's okay, because he comforted her. So cute.
Grammie has a new pair of flowy brown pants. so we made sure to dress Alexa in her matching pants. Alexa had a white undershirt and a pink sweater, so Grammie made sure to wear her white tank top with her pink blouse. This is a beautiful picture of the two of them in their identical outfits.
Add a second baby to the mix and things just get cuter.
