The message went something like this: "Hi, it's Kaia. I want to know if you're coming to Grandma and Grandpa's house today, and if you are, are you bringing Alexa?" I'm paraphrasing. There were a few stops and starts and there was a little bit of coaching from her mom in the background.
Jevon called Kaia back. He spoke to her for a while, and then told her that she really needed to talk to me. I got on the phone, and Kaia said: "I just wondered what Alexa's going to be wearing, because I'd like to wear the same thing." How precious! After quite a bit of discussion, we figured out that Alexa and Kaia both own denim dresses, pink tights, and white shirts.
The result was two very sweet-looking girls.
