Lazy days

Here are some shots of what we did at the end of summer.

During one of our weekly visits to Brampton, we went to Chinguacousy park with cousins Charles, Sam, Jack, Ollie and Joey. Auntie Ange got Joey to sleep through much of the outing. Cousin Charlie played with Alexa quite a lot. Sam and Jack ran in the splashpad, and Oliver skirted the edges of the splashpad.

We had several play dates with Kieran and his mommy (Carolan). The babies play together and the mummies get to chat and visit.

We played in the back yard.

We re-arranged the living room to give Alexa more play space. Here she is enjoying her new area with her daddy.

And playing on her own, showing off her scrunchy-faced little smile.

She started eating solids just before she was six months old. She's getting much better at it, and especially loves finger foods.

Prunes are another big hit. We've gotten it down to a bit more of an art these days. It's not so messy as it was here.

And to wind down the summer, we went to the Ex with Charlie R and his parents. Mark and I took the babies in the afternoon, and Steph and Jevon met us after their respective workdays were finished.
