My girls

Busy girls
Alexa at 3 yrs, 4 months: adores her sister; loves sparkles, princesses, fairies, Minnie Mouse, and Raptor; loves the water; prefers not to wear clothing; is very affectionate with many spontaneous hugs, kisses, and “I love yous”; has a vivid and wonderful imagination; likes basketball and riding her bike; is a great eater; has a hilarious sense of humour; is always singing and performing; thinks mud puddles are the pinnacle of entertainment; is a great helper; is very sensitive and a little shy; cries the most enormous tears when upset; loves sleepovers and her cousins; thinks Santa is Jesus’ Mummy; still speaks with a lisp; is very perceptive and makes all sorts of mental connections between events and conversations; knows most of her letters and numbers to ten; can count to 20, but often misses 13 and 17; likes numbers and math and walking the dog.
Look at the little green ants! (Leafhoppers)
"Mummy, am I cute? Can you take a picture?"
Mia at 16 months: runs, jumps, and climbs everywhere; loves the dog; copies everything her sister does; is a total Mummy’s girl but wants badly to be independent; has a glorious giggle; sings and dances constantly; loves playing soccer and climbing slides; is STILL a tiny dynamo; likes to feed her dinner to the dog; adores shoes and stashes them all over the house; has 12 teeth and several words (Mummy, Daddy, Alexa, shoes, Douggie, quiet, sssshhhh, hi, yeah, where, mine, more, please) and a few phrases (“Where Mummy?”, “Douggie quiet!”); calls herself "Me"; babbles constantly (some English, but mostly Ewok); sleeps through most nights (hooray); survived her first night away from Mummy with flying colours; thinks Peek-A-Boo is the best game; has begun to enjoy listening to books instead of throwing them on the ground.
If Alexa can climb rocks, so can I!
Climbing up and sliding down, all by herself
