Hanging About

Today was my first day back at work in 13 months. What a strange feeling! It simultaneously felt as though I had never left and as though it was a totally new experience. Perhaps tomorrow will feel a little less bizarre.

It was wonderful to see Alexa after work. I went to her daycare and she shrieked with delight when she saw me. It was such validation of my self worth!

I still have about a month's worth of pictures to catch up on in the blog. I'm sure it will be even more of a challenge to blog now that I'm working full time. That month includes both of Alexa's birthday parties (her family party with cousin Joey and her friend party).

Alexa has discovered climbing into and out of her chair. Yay for climbing!

Our little angel woke up after nap with some RIDICULOUS hair. So cute.

And just plain lookin' cute in an outfit from Auntie Ange. The little top can be worn with bum pants in the summer, or over a turtleneck in the winter!
